Where We Work Across Greater Western Sydney

Drive & Thrive OT is a mobile occupational therapy service, which means assessments come to you. Zenith works across Greater Western Sydney, including Parramatta, Penrith, Blacktown, Liverpool, Campbelltown, and The Hills District, with wider Sydney metro areas available by arrangement. If you are just outside these areas, it is still worth getting in touch to check availability.

What to Include in Your Enquiry

To help point you in the right direction quickly, it helps to include a few details when you first make contact:

  • The type of assessment you are interested in, or the reason for your enquiry
  • A little about the person the assessment is for
  • Your preferred suburb or location for the assessment
  • How the assessment may be funded, if known

You do not need to have everything worked out. If you are unsure, simply describe your situation and Zenith can guide you from there.

Referral and Funding Options

You do not always need a formal referral to enquire. Referrals are welcome from GPs, specialists, support coordinators, insurers, and aged care providers, and individuals and families can contact us directly. Assessments can be funded through NDIS (self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed), icare and workers compensation, DVA, aged care providers, private health insurance, or private arrangements. Eligibility varies, so your options can be confirmed when you get in touch.

Frequently asked Questions

If you are about to get in touch, you may have a few questions first. Here are some of the ones Zenith is asked most often.

You can get in touch by phone on 0424 851 858, by email at info@drive-thriveot.com, or by submitting the secure enquiry form on the website. You are also welcome to connect through Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn. Whichever way you choose, your enquiry reaches Zenith directly. If you are not sure what to ask, a short message describing your situation is enough to get the conversation started.

The simplest way to begin is to submit the online enquiry form or call directly. From there, Zenith will make contact to discuss the type of assessment, availability, location, and funding. There is no obligation at this stage, and it is a good chance to ask questions. Once the details are agreed, a suitable time and place are arranged, so you can book with a clear understanding of what to expect.

No. Individuals, family members, and carers can enquire directly, without a referral. Referrals from GPs, specialists, support coordinators, insurers, and aged care providers are also welcome. Some funding pathways do have their own requirements, so a referral or particular paperwork may be needed depending on how the assessment is funded. If you are unsure what applies, get in touch and Zenith can explain what is needed before anything is booked.

Drive & Thrive OT is a mobile service across Greater Western Sydney, including Parramatta, Penrith, Blacktown, Liverpool, Campbelltown, and The Hills District. Wider Sydney metro areas can often be arranged, so it is worth asking if you are just outside these suburbs. Because assessments take place in your home or community, there is no clinic to travel to, and appointments are arranged at a location that suits you.

Enquiries are responded to as promptly as possible. The exact timing can depend on how you get in touch and the nature of your enquiry, but you can expect to hear back to discuss your situation and next steps. If your matter is time-sensitive, mentioning this in your message or call helps. Zenith aims to make early contact, so you are not left waiting to understand your options.

Yes. You are welcome to ask questions before committing to anything. Many people get in touch simply to understand whether an assessment is the right step, what it involves, or how it might be funded. There is no pressure to book. Zenith is happy to talk through your situation, explain the options, and help you decide what makes sense for you or the person you are enquiring about.

A family member, carer, or referrer can make an enquiry on someone’s behalf. This is common, particularly where a person needs support to arrange their own appointments. When enquiring for someone else, it helps to include a little about their situation and the reason for the assessment. Any details are handled respectfully, and the person the assessment is for stays central to the conversation and any decisions made.
