THE PROCESS
Clear, straightforward steps from referral to assessment
We aim to make the assessment process simple and supportive, with clear communication at each stage so you know what to expect.
Referral received
A referral or enquiry is submitted via the secure online form by an individual, family member, or referrer. Once received, the referral is reviewed to confirm the most appropriate assessment type.
Assessment booked
We make contact to discuss availability, location, and any relevant background information. An assessment time is then scheduled at a suitable home or community setting, where appropriate.
Assessment completed
The assessment is completed by a qualified occupational therapist. A professional and comprehensive report is prepared and provided to relevant parties as required, supporting informed next steps.
