Occupational Therapy Driving Assessments
An OT Driving Assessment is a specialised evaluation conducted to determine an individual's fitness to drive safely and independently for personal and commercial purposes. The assessment is particularly important for individuals who may have physical, cognitive, or psychological conditions that could affect their driving skills.
Vehicle Modifications Assessments
A vehicle modifications assessment can be completed for people with physical or musculoskeletal difficulties to access the community as a driver or a passenger.
Functional Capacity Assessments
An FCA is a comprehensive evaluation conducted to determine your ability to perform daily tasks and activities required for independent living, work, or community participation.
Basic Home Modification Assessments
Basic home modifications are simple changes made to your home to improve safety, accessibility, and independence, especially for individuals with mobility, sensory, or cognitive challenges. These modifications help reduce the risk of falls, support daily living, and allow people to stay in their homes longer.
Equipment Needs Assessments
An Equipment Needs Assessment is a detailed occupational therapy evaluation to determine what assistive equipment or devices an individual may require to improve their safety, independence, and quality of life in everyday tasks.

Her clinical background spans working with adults, geriatrics, and paediatrics, supporting individuals with neurological, musculoskeletal, and spinal cord injury conditions. Zenith brings a compassionate, person-centred approach to her practice, driven by a genuine passion for helping people rediscover joy in the small, everyday moments of life—whether independently or with the right support.
